February 18: William McDonough speaks at UCLA

On February 18, 2015, at UCLA’s Fowler Museum, William McDonough will be giving a lecture, “Cradle to Cradle: Design for the Circular Economy,” part of the Oppenheim Lecture Series. Part of UCLA’s Institute of the Environment and Sustainability, the Oppenheim Lecture Series was established by Patricia Oppenheim with her family in memory of Rudi Oppenheim. A flagship public program of the Institute, the group of world-class speakers part of the lecture series will educate, inform and raise awareness about the diverse environmental problems of our time.

The Institute of the Environment and Sustainability joins experts and campus members in various environment and sustainability disciplines ranging from physical and social sciences, to public health and engineering to work toward developing solutions for existing environmental problems.
