On March 10, Hero MotoCorp will inaugurate and celebrate the grand opening of their latest factory for Hero MotoCorp — a major research and design facility in Jaipur, called the Hero Global Center for Innovation and Technology (HGCIT). William McDonough will be on hand at the ceremony, which is expected to be attended by a host of Indian dignitaries as well as the corporation’s leaders. This is the latest facility demonstrating a new kind of manufacturing facility and associated offices, designed for continuous improvement over time and for leading energy, water, and material advances, according to the Cradle to Cradle® Design Framework, as applied by William McDonough + Partners.
