We are thrilled for our clients, both the Delta Development Group behind the Cradle to Cradle-inspired Park 20|20 business park in Hoofddorp, and FOX Vakanties. The FOX Vakanties building is the recipient of the first BREAAM Excellent certificate awarded to a building at this site.
This certificate is the result of outstanding performance of the complete team. The objective is for every building at Park 20|20 to register with BREEAM and be award a certificate at the Excellent level (this is similar to the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED program’s Platinum level rating). FOX Vakanties is the first building at the development to achieve this level of certification. FOX Vakanties is expected to be occupied by the second quarter of 2012.
