Bluewater Energy Services, a leading Dutch engineering firm, chose the Cradle to Cradle-inspired Park 20|20 development as the home for its new headquarters. Designed by William McDonough + Partners, the 8,000 square meter building will consolidate approximately 600 employees in one facility, creating an inspirational workplace that supports collaboration, well-being and productivity. The facility broke ground on April 17.
