Katherine Grove joined WM+P in 1997 and has
over ten years of professional experience on
institutional, commercial and residential projects.
She is currently serving as the project manager for William McDonough + Partners’ role on the Make It Right project in New Orleans, and for the American University School of International Service now under construction in Washington, DC. Grove served as project manager and a lead
designer for the Corporate
Flight Center, the Center
for a Sustainable Future, and for residential
projects in North Carolina. She has also
served in the same capacity on the Cave
Avenue Multi-Unit Residence and participated
in the design of a distribution facility in
upstate New York.
Prior to joining WM+P, Grove was a project
manager and a lead designer for six years at
Levengood Kautter Architects in Lancaster, PA,
where her projects included Training Facilities
for Armstrong World Industries, renovation of
an abandoned opera house as offices for the
Lancaster Bar Association, and numerous other
renovation, interiors and residential projects.
She has also worked in architectural firms in
Richmond and Charlottesville and served as a
guest critic at Syracuse University and the
University of Pennsylvania. Grove received
a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a
Minor in Architectural History from the University
of Virginia, and a Master of Architecture from
Syracuse University.
