President Obama speaks from new American U facility

On July 1, President Obama delivered a statement about immigration policy. His choice of venue? The new School of International Service building at American University in Washington, a project designed by William McDonough + Partners in collaboration with architect of record Quinn Evans Architects. The new facility recently hosted the annual Buckminster Fuller Institute gathering. The building opens officially for the fall semester.
