Our director of communications, Kira Gould, spent Wednesday in Las Vegas, where she was a juror (with Zem Joaquin, Sarah Backhouse, and Shashi Caan) in the One Good Chair competition, which is produced and organized by the Sustainable Furnishings Council and the Las Vegas Market.
Congratulations to Eric Tong, the young designer from London, who won top honors in the competition with his Zpine lounge chair–an elegant chair design to ship in a remarkably compact container.
